Jurgen Fretschner is our realty advisor and has been for more than 20 years. During this time, he has guided us through all aspects of realty advices. He is knowledgeable, reliant and he counselled us for our decisions. Jurgen Fretschner has guided us through myriad of purchases and sales. Trust, loyalty, devotion and full attention to details are some of his attributes. 

The process of buying a home is both fun and stressful, and until the dotted line is signed, many things can happen. I was fortunate enough to have Jurgen as a knowledgeable and professional guide throughout the 3 weeks it took to finalize the purchase of my condo. Having just moved back to Ottawa after being abroad for several years, he went out of his way to make sure I was updated every step of the way, and provided me with solutions and contacts that made my process smooth and seamless. 

I first met Jurgen in 2004 while looking for a new home for myself in The East Market Project in the Byward Market. It was a pleasure working with Jurgen and finding a perfect corner condo unit that I would call home for the next few years. When it was time to sell, he was right there with me making that happen as painlessly as possible. Over the following years I went on to purchase two condos in the Mondrian Project on Laurier Ave. West and two more in Central Phase Two near Bank and Gladstone. Jurgen handled those purchases and sales as well. He was instrumental in referring me to an excellent mortgage broker who worked miracles and a lawyer who was very knowledgeable in condo law. Jurgen also handled the sale of a residential property in Nepean which my husband owned. All in all, we have done a lot of business together and I highly recommend Jurgen for any real estate needs. He has always been extremely helpful throughout the good times as well as the tougher times. This is a five star rating. 

My husband and I moved to Ottawa (Centretown) in August of 2017 and were renting for the first 10 months. Despite loving the area, we really had no plans on buying a home, and had limited knowledge of the real estate climate in Ottawa. We attended an open house in our building and, although hesitant, decided to consider purchasing. My husband and I have a fair amount of experience with real estate and with Real Estate brokers. Between the two of us, this was our 8th purchase. I must say, Jurgen was definitely the most pleasant, calming, and positive experience I've had. He is a pleasure to deal with, and we benefited greatly from his experience, knowledge, and skill with negotiations. Jurgen was open and honest, and we felt we could trust his expertise with the local condo market. He gave us wise guidance in determining appropriate purchase pricing, and prepared us for what we were going to need to do at each step of the transaction. Thanks to Jurgen, we absolutely love our new home and are thrilled with our decision to purchase it.
