I was fortunate enough to have Jurgen as a knowledgeable and professional guide throughout the 3 weeks it took to finalize the purchase of my condo. Having just moved back to Ottawa after being abroad for several years, he went out of his way to make sure I was updated every step of the way, and provided me with solutions and contacts that made my process smooth and seamless.

My husband and I moved to Ottawa (Centretown) in August of 2017 and were renting for the first 10 months. Over the following years I went on to purchase two condos in the Mondrian Project on Laurier Ave. West and two more in Central Phase Two near Bank and Gladstone. Jurgen handled those purchases and sales as well. He was instrumental in referring me to an excellent mortgage broker who worked miracles and a lawyer who was very knowledgeable in condo law. Jurgen also handled the sale of a residential property in Nepean which my husband owned. All in all, we have done a lot of business together and I highly recommend Jurgen for any real estate needs.
