I became acquainted with Jurgen in 2006 when he helped me with a condo unit rental when I moved to Ottawa. He was instrumental in the purchase of my first property in 2007. His knowledge of the condominium market, his reliability and honesty led me to recommend him to friends and acquaintances, all of whom had purchased units from him. My husband and I moved to Ottawa (Centretown) in August of 2017 and were renting for the first 10 months. I first met Jurgen in 2004 while looking for a new home for myself in The East Market Project in the Byward Market. It was a pleasure working with Jurgen and finding a perfect corner condo unit that I would call home for the next few years. When it was time to sell, he was right there with me making that happen as painlessly as possible. Over the following years I went on to purchase two condos in the Mondrian Project on Laurier Ave. West and two more in Central Phase Two near Bank and Gladstone. Jurgen handled those purchases and sales as well. He was instrumental in referring me to an excellent mortgage broker who worked miracles and a lawyer who was very knowledgeable in condo law. Jurgen also handled the sale of a residential property in Nepean which my husband owned. All in all, we have done a lot of business together and I highly recommend Jurgen for any real estate needs. He has always been extremely helpful throughout the good times as well as the tougher times. This is a five star rating. 

The process of buying a home is both fun and stressful, and until the dotted line is signed, many things can happen. I was fortunate enough to have Jurgen as a knowledgeable and professional guide throughout the 3 weeks it took to finalize the purchase of my condo. Having just moved back to Ottawa after being abroad for several years, he went out of his way to make sure I was updated every step of the way, and provided me with solutions and contacts that made my process smooth and seamless.
