I first used Jurgen Fretschner as my agent for my 2 bedroom condo purchase on George St. in 2006 when I moved to Canada form Germany. I have since then sold and purchased two more condos and have settled in a 1 bedroom condo on McLeod St. in 2012. Jurgen has handled all my real estate dealings and was amazing to work with. We have known Jurgen for several years. He assisted us in selling our first house and finding our next home which was a significant upgrade. The selling process was quick and easy and he helped us to take the emotion out of the deal which, if not done, can often lead to unintended results. When searching for our new home, Jurgen knew exactly what we wanted and what would be a good fit for us and our new young family. In fact, after seeing the first house we insisted that Jurgen take us to about 10 more homes, only to go back to the very first one he showed us and we ultimately made that our new home for the next 21 years (and counting). Not only was he helpful with the actual transaction, he did everything he could to help us to understand the process of securing and retaining tenants. And his connections with the various builders in the city are a distinct advantage.
