We have known Jurgen for several years. He assisted us in selling our first house and finding our next home which was a significant upgrade. The selling process was quick and easy and he helped us to take the emotion out of the deal which, if not done, can often lead to unintended results. When searching for our new home, Jurgen knew exactly what we wanted and what would be a good fit for us and our new young family. In fact, after seeing the first house we insisted that Jurgen take us to about 10 more homes, only to go back to the very first one he showed us and we ultimately made that our new home for the next 21 years (and counting). Again, Jurgen's professionalism and "client first" attitude has been second to none. Being new to the real estate investment market can be intimidating, but Jurgen made it all look and feel very easy. Not only was he helpful with the actual transaction, he did everything he could to help us to understand the process of securing and retaining tenants. And his connections with the various builders in the city are a distinct advantage. 

We would not hesitate to use Jurgen again for any transaction involving real estate. 

I first used Jurgen Fretschner as my agent for my 2 bedroom condo purchase on George St. in 2006 when I moved to Canada form Germany. I have since then sold and purchased two more condos and have settled in a 1 bedroom condo on McLeod St. in 2012. Jurgen has handled all my real estate dealings and was amazing to work with. I was highly satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. He was always ready to answer my questions and I especially appreciated his guidance and help when it came to handling the documents and closings. 

I first met Jurgen in 2004 while looking for a new home for myself in The East Market Project in the Byward Market. It was a pleasure working with Jurgen and finding a perfect corner condo unit that I would call home for the next few years. When it was time to sell, he was right there with me making that happen as painlessly as possible. Over the following years I went on to purchase two condos in the Mondrian Project on Laurier Ave. West and two more in Central Phase Two near Bank and Gladstone. Jurgen handled those purchases and sales as well. He was instrumental in referring me to an excellent mortgage broker who worked miracles and a lawyer who was very knowledgeable in condo law. Jurgen also handled the sale of a residential property in Nepean which my husband owned. All in all, we have done a lot of business together and I highly recommend Jurgen for any real estate needs.
