Many thanks to Jurgen Fretschner for guiding me through the sale of my 1-bedroom unit located in The Gotham condo development (224 Lyon St) about 3 years ago. Not only did Jurgen put together a marketing plan that included professional photographs, he also assisted me in staging my unit! His responsiveness, attention to detail and thorough understanding of the condo market in Ottawa made for a pleasant experience!
